Sharing Kingdom Visions
At Conference we were asked to write a letter to ourselves in the Kingdom age. It was a great exercise, because it got all of us thinking about how we could solve the problems we have now with an immortal perspective.
We have our youth group camp next weekend and we've each been asked to write something down about the kingdom which is going to be collated and a copy given to each member. It's a really cool idea, because if we didn't have a hope for the future, then our lives that we're living to Christ now would be in vain.
So, I thought it would be good to share one or two things that you're really looking forward to in the kingdom, as thinking about why we want to be there really strengthens our resolve through trials in the present.
'For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us, as far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory... for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal'.
.. no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him.
For me, without having looked up many quotes is that the world WILL become a stable place 'peace & safety' in reality and the whole WORLD will worship their creator, & Christ will have stamped sin on the head for all time at the end of the thousand years when the whole world is showing God's character in their lives. God's grace will be understood properly. We'll be able to find out or just know the answers to our questions.

Please don't mind if we include this activity in one of our KCY weekends..
GW, we are having a KCY weekend this sat and sun- the 10th and 11th of Feb. It's KCY's fifth birthday. Please pray that the LORD will continue to help us to come around His word together and help each other to be like Christ even until the day of his return. Will be thinking of you and all the others who have come to our KCY weekends.
Lots of love in our sure hope,
Bernie Chelli:)
